She’s raising protein in Tivoli NY after years of raising hell in New York City. The name captures the enthusiasm she brings to food and all her work.

This image below is an earlier draft, a mockup for a postcard. We ultimately steered away from using a barn, because the chickens, ducks, and lambs on this farm will be living much more freely in fields.
